Job Description:The ML/AI Systems Design Engineer will drive technical innovation to enhance machine learning and AI capabilities across validation, technical and procedural methodology improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.The role involves designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing AI/ML models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into various applications.Responsibilities:Drive technical innovation to improve ML/AI capabilities across validation and methodology enhancement initiatives.Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models and implement improvements.Document processes, models, and algorithms for future reference.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications and workflows.Should Have:Proficiency in system design, development, and validation methodologies.Deep understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as Tensor Flow and PyTorch.Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.Ability to develop and implement AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.Knowledge of AI/ML best practices and industry standards.Experience with AI/ML tools and libraries.Strong understanding of neural networks and deep learning techniques.Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-powered agents and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines, including prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector store indexing strategies, and evaluation of end-to-end agentic workflows.Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Self-starter with the ability to independently drive tasks to completion.Qualification And
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
