A leading aerospace company seeks a Senior Engineering Lead – Design & Aerostructures to guide the development of next-generation eVTOL aircraft. In this hybrid role, you will lead the design and structural systems of the aircraft, overseeing product development from concept to release, while mentoring the engineering team. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in engineering leadership roles in aerospace, familiarity with certification regulations, and strong CAD skills.
