Our client, a provider of daily meals and snacks for children, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Representative for a temporary role, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent full-time. They prepare and deliver hot lunches, snacks, and beverages to children at child care centres, schools, and camps throughout the GTA.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer issues and log all calls (e.g., missing food items, order changes, follow-ups after delivery)
Print labels in MS Word
Update delivery schedules
Communicate with clients via email
Take orders for schools, child care centres, and camps
Required Skills & Experience
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office
Intermediate skill level in a CRM system
Clear verbal and written communication
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
