Position: Customer Service / Inside Sales
Customer Service and Inside Sales
Infinite Cables is a manufacturer and distributor of computer cables, accessories and connectivity products. We sell our products to distributors, resellers, government agencies, corporations and home users. We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, personable individual to fulfill a Customer Service and Inside Sales role to assist with customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
Specific Duties:
Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via emailAssess customer's needs and recommend the appropriate productEnter orders placed online into our inventory systemResolve product and service-related problemsPromote sales to existing clientsIdentify and solicit potential clientsConduct sales transactions through ecommerce websitesTroubleshoot technical problems with customersThe successful candidate meets the following requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy with a good understanding of current technologiesAbility to multi-task and prioritizeStrong attention to detailHigh level of organization and accuracyProficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programsWork in a fast paced environmentSelf-starter and team playerWhy Join Our Company?
