Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Markham
Salary: $30 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Job Type: 1‑year contract with strong potential to go permanent

• Handle high‑volume calls and emails with professionalism and care.
• Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution.
• Assist new customers and support online ordering.
