Business Development Manager

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $87,500.00/yr

Additional compensation types:
Commission

• Selling Manpower services to clients, focused on new business development (securing new client logos).
• Present value proposition and educate potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story with temporary staffing and permanent placement focused in clerical, light industrial or manufacturing verticals.
• Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in an assigned territory; develop and execute against territory plan to capitalize on market/industry opportunity.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to Branch Manager/delivery team; partner with markets to solution for the client and ensure successful implementation.
• Market and industry leadership; offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands.

• 2+ years selling a solution in a service industry or related experience.
• Proven performance in a competitive/entrepreneurial pursuit with successful achievement of ambitious goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Industry knowledge: staffing industry, light industrial or clerical space is a plus.
