Sales Assistant
Location: Markham, Ontario (On-site)

Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant. This is an onsite role Monday - Friday in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel and exposure to Salesforce. This role focuses on providing day-to-day support to the sales team, preparing quotations, and managing communication between customers and vendors. Since most vendors are in Asia, fluent Mandarin is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage customer and factory quotations.
Act as a liaison between sales, vendors, and customers to ensure requirements are clear and accurate.
Support a team of three sales representatives across four small sales support teams.
Maintain accurate documentation (quotations, orders, requirements).
Handle administrative and data entry tasks with attention to detail.
Use Salesforce and Excel (including Pivot Tables) for reporting and tracking.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
1 or more years of experience using advanced Excel to support sales in terms of quotations, and vendor/customer coordination (manufacturing or related industry preferred).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce experience is an asset.Confident, proactive personality with the ability to handle challenges directly.
