The Job!
As a Receptionist, you will carry out general administrative duties that include:
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage printing, scanning and filing of important documents
- Schedule meetings and make catering arrangements
- Ensure office area is presentable
- Organize Outlook calendars accordingly
- Offer exemplary support to colleagues
What you bring to the job
You are an extremely approachable, hard-working individual, you will also come with:
- A minimum of 2 years of office experience
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office ability

Expected Compensation: CAD $18.00 - 23.00 per hour
