** group, this is for existing vacancy where the ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who has a positive, proactive “can do” attitude and excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:
* Proactively anticipate the needs of Partners, and ensure prioritization and optimization of Partners’ time
* Assist Partners in managing client files by proactively monitoring, tracking and following up on outstanding client files
* Prepare client correspondences including engagement letters and cover letters, type and format various other correspondences, client proposals, reports, or other documents as needed based on drafts
* Assemble corporate tax and other returns, including sending out tax packages to clients, efiling and filing
* Quality control regarding visual presentation of financial statements, proof-reading, check additions, transfers and cross-referencing on financial statements prior to issue
* Ensure high quality and accuracy in all documents, including correction of grammar, spelling, and punctuation and compliance with company standards
* Perform full client set up including conflict checks, setting up client in the various platforms and regularly maintain up to date client information
* Administrative support including calendar management, schedule meetings, book travel, submitting expense reports, taking minutes
* Assist with monitoring WIP and receivables, billing and invoicing
* Other administrative duties as required including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier as required

* You have 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
* You are a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information
* You have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adhere to deadlines
* You display strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* You have the ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with added value for familiarity with Microsoft CRM, and Workday.
* You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service
* You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
* You have the ability to work extra hours as required
The expected range of compensation for this role is: $ 45,000 to $ 75,000
