Position

Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cohesive and team-oriented companies providing an opportunity for professional and personal growth. As this position will be supporting the Firm’s Founder and Sr. Business Lawyer involved in more than one company, we require a confident, reliable and business-minded assistant with the ability to project manage, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. An excellent multi-tasker with strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key.

Design & marketing skills are an asset.

Key Qualifications
  • Canadian University degree/College diploma required in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an admin to a type A executive.
  • Organized in managing emails, calendars, tasks, and project managing transactions ensuring seamless progress and tracking.
  • Strong computer & technical skills, including with the Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and the Adobe Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High level of confidentiality, exemplary judgement, and discretion.
  • Proactive with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively.
  • Must have a vehicle.
  • Previous experience within a law firm is preferred but not required.
