What You’ll Accomplish in This Role- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality accounting, assurance, and tax services.
- Review audit, review, and compilation engagements in accordance with professional and firm standards.
- Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Support partners in developing and executing business plans and engagement budgets.
- Guide, mentor, and train team members at all levels, fostering technical excellence and career development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and client value creation.
- Participate in firm‑wide initiatives such as recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
- Contribute to marketing and business development efforts that support the firm’s continued growth and success.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a public accounting setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client‑service mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency with common accounting software packages.
- Strategic thinking and initiative, with the ability to identify and address client and team needs proactively.
