Overview
We re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our supported living service in Warsop is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same.
You ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs; the next you could be unwinding with them by playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
This is an amazing role for someone who wants to make a difference to someone s life and help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, such as making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
- Teach and support people to gain independence in daily living and life skills.
- Assist with personal care and encourage engagement with local communities and social activities.
- Plan and participate in activities (e.g., outings, cinema, video games) that promote wellbeing and confidence.
- Support individuals to achieve personal goals, such as cooking meals independently or planning holidays.
- Work within a team to provide consistent, person-centred support.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach.
- Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.

Pay: £12.34 per hour
ShiftsTypical shifts are:
Monday - Sunday 7am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply).
