Because of this they have the nice problems to have … Increased work, structure to build internally and making sure all the moving parts are moving correctly.

They have a solid Accounts team but because of the additional turnover and projects that they are working on, they need to recruit someone to work with the Head of Finance and help oversee the Accounts Assistants.

As this is a newly created role, to a certain extent, this role can be shaped for the person that joins…

It will certainly have a business facing aspect, so you will need good finance business partnering skills and have a commercial mindset.

So, if you are currently working as either a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or looking for a first move from Practice into Industry, this is for you.

Experience is favoured over qualification but this would suit someone who is either newly qualified or not planning on studying any further.
