Job Description:

• Assist teachers and staff to support pupil learning and development within the prep school.
• Work closely with teachers to support individual or small groups of children who may need extra help with their studies or social skills.
• Ensure pupils feel confident and included in the classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.
• Basic organisational skills.
