This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary practice who provide expert design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Market Harborough studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Manage and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

BSc or HND within architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Job running experience
Experience managing projects across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
