HSEQ Manager

The HSEQ Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Wilten Construction’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across all projects. This role encompasses compliance with legislative requirements, promotes a strong safety culture, and supports project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes safely, sustainably, and efficiently. The HSEQ Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement and embedding best-practice HSEQ standards throughout the business.

• Minimum [5+] years’ experience in a HSEQ role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HASAWA legislation and construction safety practices
• Experience implementing and maintaining HSEQ Management Systems
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with site teams and management
• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• Right to work in the UK
• Full/Clean UK driving license
• Diploma qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
• Experience with Tier 2 / Commercial/Industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management and incident investigation methodologies
