General Operative, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Staffline is recruiting General Operatives to work in Market Drayton.

This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, day or night shifts are available, the hours of work are:

• Days: 7am to 7pm
• Nights: 7pm to 7am You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. Overtime is available after 4 shifts (44 hours) and is paid at £15.26 per hour.

Your Time at Work:
As a General Operative at this site, your role will involve helping skilled operators in the factory to get products out to the supermarkets.

You may work in a variety of different departments, depending on your skills and experience.

You should be a quick learner, with a flexible approach to work.

Some repetitive manual handling is required and you will be working on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Previous experience within a similar role as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative would be beneficial, however, this is not necessary as full training will be provided.
