Halo Staffing is urgently seeking a dedicated and reliable female Support Worker to join our team, providing essential care and support for individuals in the Market Drayton area.

Due to the personal nature of the care required, this position is open to female applicants only.

This is a genuine occupational requirement to ensure the privacy and dignity of the individuals we support.

Pay: £12.40 - £19.20 per hour

• Providing person‑centred care and support.
• Assisting with daily living tasks.
• Supporting individuals with their independence and personal development.

• Assisting with moving and handling duties safely and effectively, where required.

• An Enhanced DBS check is required.

• Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred.

• Confidence and competence in moving and handling techniques, or a willingness to be trained.
• Right to work in the UK.
