Part‑time, Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri - 4-5 hours per day (or possibility of less hours)
Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the stock levels of all supplies in the System to include distribution, receiving, storage and delivering throughout the organization while maintaining a safe, positive and productive work environment. Responsible for the implementation of the distribution sheets into the computer in conjunction with Pharmacy IV fluids and updating pricing as they occur in the computer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Receive incoming shipments, inspection of all packages and assuring documentation of any damages and/or missing items.Handle any discrepancies in shipment of goods.Verify shipments with packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy.Sort and distribute supplies ordered per Special Purchase Request.Receive purchase orders in computer system.Stock shelves with chargeable and non‑chargeable items.Print yellow barcode stickers and place on appropriate supplies.Answers the phone and relays messages.Maintains accurate master requisition lists for all departments.Fill department orders.Key issues and receipts into computer.Dispose of all packaging in the appropriate containers or carts.Deliver supplies to off campus sites.Perform cycle counts and compare inventory accuracies and annual inventory processes.Occasional overtime or callback may be required.Promotes and participates in performance improvement activities.Support the corporate mission: “to provide quality, cost‑effective healthcare in a positive and productive work environment.”Adheres to the corporate values:

To provide this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each task in an efficient and timely manner. Should the individual not be proficient in computers he/she must obtain computer training. Also, the individual must have the ability to function in all areas of Material Management.
Education, Training or Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent.Computer skills a must.Physical Demands
Ability to lift heavy boxes that weigh 40 Lbs or more.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Work EnvironmentPersonality to work with others and take directions in a professional manner.Ability to work unsupervised for short period of time.Be self‑motivated to help improve processes and take on projects that improve the organization and the workplace environment.Exposure Category
