ResponsibilitiesAs a Sports Team Manager, you will oversee operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and training staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Managing store opening and closing procedures.
- Driving sales through exceptional customer engagement and data analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for creating an inspiring store environment.
- Merchandising knowledge in areas such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
- Willingness to work during all hours the store is open.
