• Manage operational, merchandising and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store opening, closing and daily operations.
• Drive sales through customer service and detailed report analysis.

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of apparel, field & stream gear, footwear, exercise and general athletics preferred.
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
