DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Quality Department Leadership
- Understand and follow all applicable PPE requirements
- Communicate, document, and assist in operator training regarding customer requirements
- Perform and document in‑process inspections
- Verify in‑process procedures and final products meet quality specifications
- Collaborate with production leads, supervisors, and additional quality support members to correct non‑compliance findings and trends
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective measures for recurring issues
- Identify, disposition, and communicate non‑conforming products
- Create and distribute non‑conformance reports for both in‑process and outsourced materials
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) desired
- Navigate technical applications on electronic devices
- Use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, protractors, feeler gauges)
- Read and interpret numeric drawings and print diagrams
- Good listening skills and above‑average reading comprehension
- Analyze and present findings clearly and logically through writing and verbal communication
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Process improvement aptitude and problem‑solving ability
- Work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment and support teamwork and leadership
- Stand and walk for extended periods; lift a minimum of 20 lbs
- Make decisions independently with documentation support
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet departmental goals
- Perform necessary mathematical calculations
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of Quality/Manufacturing experience
- Experience using measuring equipment (tape measure and calipers required)
- Basic knowledge of quality systems and tolerances
- Strong process improvement aptitude and problem‑solving skill
- Intermediate level reading, writing, and speaking English
