Overview
Join Schneider as a Team Van Truckload driver and receive holiday incentives for working November and December 2025. You will drive dry van trailers with 95% no‑touch freight across all 48 states while bringing your pet on the road with our Team Pet Policy.
Pay and bonus potential- Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
- Earn holiday pay incentives, up to $1,400, while working November 2025–December 2025.

- $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Live within 85 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA.
