Zeam Media is looking for a hands-on Senior Software Development leader to help shape the future of the Zeam streaming platform—a fast-growing, multi-platform experience spanning web, mobile, and connected TV. If you're passionate about building scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and using AI to elevate user experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of core features and infrastructure for the Zeam streaming platform across web, mobile, and connected TV.
• Define and evolve the architectural vision for the Zeam platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with long-term product goals.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture using .NET, C#, APIs, and modern database technologies.
• Build and lead a multi-platform engineering team, promoting high standards in code quality, testing, and Dev Ops practices.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI/ML technologies that enrich personalization and discovery within the Zeam experience.
• Stay hands-on with code, while also mentoring developers and fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered features—from idea to deployment.
• Evaluate and introduce tools, frameworks, and best practices that keep Zeam performant, modern, and forward-looking.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise in .NET, C#, REST APIs, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience architecting and deploying scalable systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proven ability to lead multi-platform development teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• A strong background in applying AI/ML technologies to real-world applications—recommendation engines, smart UX, or content tagging a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a people-oriented leadership style that encourages growth and accountability.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working on consumer-facing platforms like streaming, entertainment, or digital media.
• Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior contributions to cross-platform delivery across mobile (iOS/Android), smart TVs, and web.
