Seldin Company is seeking an Part Time Grounds/Make Ready Technician at Chapel Ridge apartment community in Marion, IA. This is a Tax Credit property with 200 units. This position will pay up to $20.00an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Apartment Make Ready Technician will maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs, and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements- Grounds/Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
