TLC Construction is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Team Member!

A 4-Day Work Week & Travel Expenses Paid (when out of town travel is necessary)

Essential Functions

Completing work orders as assigned

• Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Cleaning up debris
• Installing appliances
• Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
• Moving equipment
• Installing new equipment

This position requires travel with all expenses covered and requires overnight stays at some locations to ensure completion of work orders with the traveling team.

Required qualifications: An active driver's license with the State of Indiana. The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.

Desired qualifications: A high school diploma or GED.
