TLC Construction is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Team Member!
A 4-Day Work Week & Travel Expenses Paid (when out of town travel is necessary)

We are a trusted nursing home contractor for the State of Indiana, and we’re expanding our construction team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be involved in projects from breaking ground to final state certification.

Essential Functions
Completing work orders as assigned
- Fixing small mechanical and electrical problems
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Cleaning up debris
- Installing appliances
- Replacing light bulbs and small fixtures
- Moving equipment
- Installing new equipment
This position requires travel with all expenses covered and requires overnight stays at some locations to ensure completion of work orders with the traveling team.
QualificationsRequired qualifications: An active driver's license with the State of Indiana. The ability to travel throughout the state under diverse conditions and with/without reasonable accommodations.
Desired qualifications: A high school diploma or GED.
