Provide SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies;
Build relationships with vendors by directing merchandise resets according to Lowe's specifications;
Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager by communicating project priorities, schedule, and needs;
Engage with customers when opportunities arise and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Ensure pricing labels, signage, way finding, and merchandising standards are maintained
