• Leadership:
  The ability to work with and through others to accomplish goals. • Education:
  
  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older.
• Experience & Training:
• External Candidates: 12+ months restaurant management experience required. Casual dining/fast casual experience preferred, but not required.
• Internal Candidates: 6+ months experience as a successful Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• All candidates:
  Must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations. In addition, all candidates must have the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise.
