As a Charge Nurse at Miller’s, you are responsible for the nursing care of the patients on your shift. You follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for your patients and assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record when needed. You supervise the direct resident care personnel on your shift.

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a Archeres.
• Successfully complete pre‑employment process and screening.
• Pass the physical examination required for employment within the facility.
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance.

• Understand nursing policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of medication administration, possible side effects, treatment protocols, and local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to resident care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices.
• Understand the physical, psychological, social and medical needs of residents.
• Know the organizational structure and duties of employees under the supervision of the unit manager.
