• Flexible & Remote Telemedicine:
  Evidence‑based approach to psychiatric care via telemedicine, including asynchronous case review, video consultation, and e‑prescribing, lowers barriers to accessing high‑quality and affordable care.
• Supportive and Collaborative Environment:
  Dedicated teams for member and provider support; collaboration between providers and clinical leadership through 1:1 consultations and internal communication forums.
• Measurement‑Based Care:
  Technology measures symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly, automatically triggering treatment reviews if patients are not improving.
• Machine Learning‑Powered Clinical Decision Support:
  Using data to match patients to medications for better outcomes; our tool supports antidepressant prescribing (we do not prescribe controlled substances at Brightside).

Working with Brightside allows you to practice with clinical autonomy alongside Psychiatrist support while creating a flexible work schedule. Providers use the latest tools, including a custom‑built practice management EMR, all designed to be easy to use.

• We do not prescribe controlled substances
• State‑of‑the‑art tools and customizable EMR, integrated with artificial intelligence to prompt check‑ins, follow‑ups, and much more with your patients

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficient at writing medical information at a patient level
• Must be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care
• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote); including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Consistently responsive to clinical leadership team and highly reliable to our members
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner
• Successful completion of charting within 48 hours of session
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP Required)
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
• Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology
• Must be licensed in 4+ states (the more the merrier)
• 8+ hours of availability per week
• Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid
