CNC Machinist – Direct Hire

Location: Marion, IN
Pay: $27 – $31/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pro Resources is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity with a well‑established company in Marion, IN. This position offers stable, long‑term employment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

• Set up and operate CNC machines for precision part production
• Perform part/tool setups, operation, and final inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Troubleshoot and edit CNC programs (G‑code) as needed
• Use micrometers, indicators, and other inspection tools properly
• Ensure machines run according to safety and quality standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Must have G‑code programming experience
• Ability to translate technical drawings into accurate parts
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
• Good math and computer skills
• Team player with a solid work ethic and communication skills
• Experience with Fanuc and Haas controls is a plus
