Who You AreThe Maintenance Supervisor supports Café Valley’s plant by taking responsibility for all maintenance and engineering activities for the plant. This includes providing technical support for the maintenance team, continuous improvement opportunities, and preventative maintenance. The primary focus of this position is to maximize production time available on equipment, minimize upkeep costs, and control expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items.
