Employment Type: Flex / As-Needed / Variable Schedule

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and professional Flex Security Officer to support multiple client sites ퟚ around Marion калды. This position requires open availability and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Ideal candidates will have prior security experience, particularly in flex, floater, or patrol roles.

• Provide security services at various client sites as assigned
• Conduct patrols and monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a professional manner
• Complete accurate reports and documentation
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client‑specific requirements

• Active Illinois PERC Card (required)
• 20-hour Unarmed Securityルト Certificate (required)
• Prior security experience required (flex, floater, or patrol experience preferred)
• Open availability required – must be available for all days and all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel between multiple client sites
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal transportation required адыр>
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Previous experience as a Flex Officer, Floater, or Patrol Officer
• Familiarity with incident reporting and patrol procedures

• Variable locations and schedules
• Indoor and outdoor patrols depending on assignment

HS Diploma
GED or H.S. Equivalent

IL PERC Card
Driver's License
