Care Vet is offering a total compensation package of $200K guaranteed in your first year (Based on experience) at Care Vet of Southern Illinois, in Marion, IL, as a full‑time DVM team member. In addition to our customizable compensation package, this position offers a production bonus plan, clinical support, schedule flexibility, 401k match, access to our vacation plan, and "true" paid time off.

Your Role as Medical Director

As Medical Director, you will serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, guiding the medical team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. You’ll be responsible for mentoring Associate DVMs, supporting their growth, and helping them succeed professionally. In partnership with the Practice Manager, you will contribute to hospital operations, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will help foster a positive, team‑focused culture where both staff and clients feel supported and valued.
