We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Surgical Services team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. As part of our dedicated care team, you’ll provide safe, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills truly matter.

The RN Circulator in our Surgery Department plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care for every surgical patient. This position is responsible for maintaining the sterile field, preparing and organizing the operating room, and coordinating communication among the surgical team, anesthesia staff, and other medical professionals. The RN Circulator provides thorough documentation, ensures all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and advocates for the patient throughout the surgical experience.

This role requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois

• BSN

Hourly range $31.25-$46.88

Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
