- Operational Excellence: Oversee property maintenance, landscaping, work areas, food and beverage, safety, and compliance; document and report to the General Manager as needed.

Experience:
Demonstrate proven customer service skills with a strong guest-focused mentality. - Problem Solving: Address escalated guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to set goals, motivate teams, and provide performance feedback.
- Knowledge: Understanding of P&L, revenue, and management principles.
- Personality: Fun, positive, and energetic with a passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
