This position supports patients in Marion, IL, and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $15,000 first-year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for compassionate occupational therapists with:
- A Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school with a curriculum jointly approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Licensed Occupational Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills to self-manage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
