Essential Functions
  • Serves as Permanency Achievement Specialist, providing professional assistance to casework staff with service emergencies that could impact permanency, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Links caseworkers, recruitment/resource specialists, adoption staff, and community providers to expedite and finalize the permanency process.
  • Composes reports for regional administrators, area administrators, and permanency supervisors regarding permanency achievement status and issues.
  • Assists permanency staff in understanding permanency data and its application to achieve timely outcomes.
  • Serves as liaison with the Division of Quality Assurance to improve permanency outcomes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
