Deaconess Illinois is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our growing team. The Emergency Medicine Physician Team is a hospital employed physician group made up of full-time physicians as well as supplementary physicians.

• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician; prior EM experience and/or fellowship training in Emergency Medicine is preferred but not required.
• Licensed in Illinois (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Competitive Compensation
  :
  Average annual compensation of $330K ($200 per Hr).
• Sign On Bonus for 5-year commitment - $50K sign on bonus.
• Relocation
  :
  Up to $15K in relocation assistance.
• Student Loan assistance includes $50K.

• Shifts
  : 12-hour shifts (Day: 7am - 7pm, Night: 7pm - 7am).
• Shift Requirements
  : 144 shifts/year (full-time). 1728 Hours.
• Patient Encounters
  :
  Average of 30-55 patient encounters in a 24-hour period.
