Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the future of pain management with a new service line while benefiting from exceptional support and resources
.

• $550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year; J-1 applicants receive a 3-year guarantee)

• $50,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year contract

• Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% of productivity compensation

• Practice Model: Solo practice with exceptional collaboration
  , providing the autonomy to manage your caseload with full support from your colleagues.

• Scope: A balanced practice with interventional procedures and medication management
  , allowing you to apply a variety of techniques in your daily practice. This is an exciting new service line at DIMC, providing the chance to build something from the ground up.

• Practice Setting: Enjoy a 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient mix, offering a great work-life balance while still providing inpatient care when necessary.

• EMR System: Fully integrated EPIC system to streamline patient care, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your patients.

• Call Coverage: Shared call coverage of 10 shifts/month (per contract), ensuring reasonable time off while remaining available to provide excellent patient care.
