Endocrinology Physician – Southern Illinois
Location: Marion, IL
OverviewThe Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join a newly established Endocrinology service line. This is a hospital-employed opportunity to help build and grow a high-demand program with strong system support and long-term earning potential.
Key Highlights- Solo practice initially, with planned growth to a two-physician service line
- 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
- Integrated EPIC EMR and strong clinical support staff
- Call schedule: 1:3
- PSLF eligible and J-1 Visa Sponsorship available
- $325,000 guaranteed salary (first 12 months)
- Sign-on bonus: $36,000-$50,000
- Quality bonus up to 2.5%
- $15,000 relocation allowance
- Full benefits: medical/dental, 401(k) & 457(b), 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME + allowance, holidays, malpractice with tail
