The Staff Pad has partnered with alarge, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health systemto recruit a Gastroenterologist for a well-established and highly respected GI practice serving a multi-state region. This organization has provided high-quality, patient-centered care for over a century and is nationally recognized for clinical excellence, physician leadership, and financial stability.

Position Highlights- Full-time, employed Gastroenterology position
- Mix of outpatient/Inpatient cases (approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient cases)
- Established referral base within a strong primary care network
- State-of-the-art facilities and equipment
- Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings
- Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
- Opportunities for clinical research and leadership involvement
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule (40 hours per week)
- Manageable call rotation:1:3(approximately 10 days/month, including one weekend)
- Flexibility in call coverage preferences
- $1.1M Income Potential
- Sign-on bonus:$100,000
- Quality and value-based incentive opportunities (2.5%+ annually)
- APP supervision compensation: $20 per wRVU generated
- Call Pay & additional stipends available
- Fellowship stipend: $2,000/month for up to 24 months
- Additional income opportunities through clinical research

- CME: 5 days annually with $3,500 stipend
- Licensing, DEA, and board certification/maintenance fees covered

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- ERCP experience preferred but not required
- Open to experienced physicians and fellows
