The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population. This organization has provided high-quality, compassionate care for more than a century and is widely recognized for clinical excellence, physician leadership, and long-term financial stability.

• Full-time, employed Urology position
• Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
• Established referral base within a large primary care network
• Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
• State-of-the-art facilities and technology
• Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings
• Opportunities for leadership involvement
• Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students

• 40-hour workweek
• Call requirement:
  10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
• Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift

• Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
• Quality bonus: 5%+ annually

• APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
