Duties
The Executive Assistant to the CEO/Board of Directors is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team members. This role includes managing the organization’s office operations, working both remotely and on-site at Jellen Enterprises Inc. stores. The position requires anticipating needs, thinking critically, and offering solutions with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities include:
- Replenishing office materials such as printer supplies, paper, and office supplies.
- Providing event management support as needed.
- Creating a welcoming environment for guests and visitors.
- Answering business calls and responding to inquiries.
- Processing and distributing daily mail.
- Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
- Managing petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support overall company wellness.
Compensation: $450.00 per week.
