• Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative to train and motivate staff.
• Preferred merchandise knowledge in apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics.
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.

$70,000/yr plus bonuses. Example locations:
Sturgeon Bay, WI ($72,000.00–$), Oconto County, WI ($45,900.00).
