Custodian

Chem Design in Marinette, Wisconsin, is looking for a Full-Time Custodian. If you are motivated, take pride in your work, and have a passion for cleanliness, we want you on our team! Our custodian contributes to our company’s mission by helping maintain a clean office, lunchroom, and locker room areas for our employees and customers.

• Full-time, Dayshift. $18/hour
• Hours 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible)

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Offices:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming floors.
  • Sanitize desks, tables, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic work environment.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners as necessary.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure availability for daily tasks.
• Dining Areas:
  • Clean and sanitize lunchrooms or dining areas, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
  • Ensure proper disposal of food waste and maintain the cleanliness of sinks and kitchen appliances.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning agents as needed.
• Locker & Rest Rooms:
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in locker rooms, including showers, benches, toilet/urinals, and lockers.
  • Disinfect high-touch surfaces and equipment.
  • Restock toiletries and amenities.
