team based in Marinette, WI. Over 14–18 months
, you’ll rotate through 3–4 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most.

What You’ll Do
You won’t be watching from the sidelines; this is hands-on from day one.
- Rotate across engineering, operations, product development, and more
- Work on real projects that make a measurable impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
- Get mentorship and coaching from senior leaders and technical experts
- Build problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Contribute to on-time project delivery and progress reporting
- Design and deliver a capstone project that showcases your growth

What You Bring
We’re looking for curious, driven, future-ready thinkers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
- Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
- Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
- Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
- Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
- Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
- Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
- Willingness to relocate across the U.S.*
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
