Provide paralegal, clerical, statutory and administrative support; act as liaison between employees, department heads, general public, and District Attorney regarding departmental issues; provide general office management.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with special course work or college credits in Administrative Assistance, Legal Secretary or Paralegal field; three years of experience in legal secretary/paralegal assistant field within last seven years; insurance acceptable driver’s license;
Portal 100 Certification within 60 days of hire; no felony convictions; WI Notary within one year of hire. $23.92 – $29.02/hour. 40 Hours/Week. Paid Time Off, Health/Dental Insurance, WRS, Life Insurance, etc. EOE. ADA. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply!
