Provides case management services for clients with alcohol and drug addiction and/or severe mental illness diagnoses in a transitional housing setting. Supports intake services, assessments and helps clients establish goals for permanent housing, addressing obstacles.
Provides individual counseling and group counseling. Provides resources, linkage to services to clients, and presents services to community members. Clinical Coordinator I, II based on level of responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus three years of related experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions or mental illness, or master’s degree and one year experience. Some positions may require specific credentials, certification and/or license.

Hours:
Full-time 40 hours – Sunday – Thursday
Pay: $27.90 – $31.63 DOE Registered or Certified
