• Proactively set expectations with Factory Support and elevate issues if Factory Support teams do not provide required service levels.
• Participate in cost meetings to assess build progress against budget and other financial measures.
• Develop self in preparation for a successful transition to manager by proactively developing leadership and professional competencies.
• Interact with the Manager – Build to set self-development goals and learn best practices
